Protrade International has traded several teak forests worldwide. Our product selection has located the best forest available. Ecuadorian Teak forests are between 7.500 to 10.000 tall trees per has, with bark with slight longitudinal cracks, with reddish and sticky sap, 1 \u2013 1.5 cm thick. Usually, each tree is 30 meters tall, exceptionally up to 50 meters, with a diameter between 60-200 cm. Through our financial programs we\u00a0encourage increasing forest plantations, promoting research and studies to achieve proper forest land management to establish industrial and commercial plantations.
